Padel court construction, delivered by builders.

A padel court is a building project, not a sports purchase. We design and construct the whole thing — base, structure, surface, glass, lighting and finishes — as a single, accountable build.

Build & Padel delivers padel court construction projects across the UK for clubs, operators, hotels, schools, developers, landowners and entrepreneurs. Every project is run by our own construction team — the people who'll be on site are the people you'll have spoken to from day one.

Because we come from a construction background, we treat the court as an engineered structure built into a real site, with real ground conditions and a real climate to deal with. That's a very different job to bolting a kit onto whatever happens to be there.

What's included

What we actually do.

01

Engineering review

We translate the brief into a buildable specification: site, drainage, base depths, structure, glass, surface and lighting.

02

Programme & cost plan

A clear written build programme, milestones and a fixed cost plan so there are no surprises.

03

Groundworks & base

Drainage, sub-base, reinforced concrete or asphalt base — built to a specification that protects the court for years.

04

Structure & glass

Steel structure, panoramic or standard glass and netting installed to manufacturer tolerances.

05

Surface & lighting

Artificial turf, infill, line marking and LED court lighting designed around real play conditions.

06

QA & handover

Tolerance checks, snagging and a written handover pack including maintenance schedule.

Why it matters

Get this stage right or pay for it later.

The reason padel courts fail in the UK isn't usually the kit — it's the base, the drainage or the way the site was prepared. Standing water, settlement, poor falls and rushed sub-bases will quietly destroy a court inside three winters.

We've been pouring slabs and digging out ground for twenty years. We know what the spec needs to be for British weather, and we won't sign off a build that we wouldn't be happy to play on ourselves.
